Common problems and Solutions

Disturbed by the outside world

A: the frequency converter may be interfered by some strong electromagnetic waves in use, such as the strong magnetic field of nearby motor and power frequency converter, which will affect the use effect.

Inverter does not respond
1. The connection between battery and inverter is incorrect, please connect again.
2. The polarity of the battery is reversed and the fuse is blown. Replace the fuse.

Low output voltage

1. Overload, load current exceeds rated current, turn off part of load and restart.
2. The input voltage is too low. Ensure that the input voltage is within the nominal voltage range.

Low voltage alarm
1. The battery is dead and needs to be charged.
2. If the battery voltage is too low or the contact is poor, recharge the battery, check the battery terminal or clean the terminal with dry cloth

No output of inverter
1. The battery voltage is too low, please recharge or replace the battery.
2. If the load current is too high, turn off part of the load and restart the inverter.
3. Inverter over temperature protection. Let the inverter cool down for a period of time and place it in a ventilated place.
4. If the inverter cannot be started, restart.
5. If the terminal is reversed and the fuse is blown, replace the fuse.

Inverter does not work
1. Check the power switch, fuse, battery connection line or smoke.

Working principle of inverter
A power conversion device that converts input low-voltage direct current into high-voltage stable alternating current output.
Instructions:
The output volts of the battery should be consistent with the DC input volts of the inverter. For example, a 12V inverter should be selected for a 12V battery, and the positive and negative poles of the battery should be distinguished when connecting.

Precautions
1. The inverter cannot be connected to the power grid and cannot be used to touch the AC output line. The battery equipped with the inverter can provide more power than the actual power consumption of the appliance.
