This circuit board controller is designed for 3.7V, 7.4V, or 11.1V lithium batteries. The detection process checks if the connection is correct, whether the LED light turns on, and if there are any solder joints or adhesion issues. It also detects if the battery has electricity, whether the LED is connected reversely, or if the resistor is not present. Additionally, it tests for output brightness, short lighting time, insufficient solar power, and insulation issues with the circuit board. If the solar panel is installed more than 20 meters away from the test location, it may not generate enough electricity to power the light. During normal night testing without streetlights, the infrared camera can also detect if the photovoltaic panel generates electricity. The controller will always turn off if the solar panel is connected in reverse or short-circuited. After replacing the control board and LED, if the issue persists, it may indicate insufficient battery voltage or a faulty solar panel.
