Common problems and solutions

Be disturbed by the outside world
The inverter may be interfered by some strong electromagnetic waves in the use occasions, such as nearby motors, strong magnetic fields of power inverters, etc., which will affect the use effect.
The inverter does not respond
1. The battery and inverter are not connected properly, connect them again.
2. The polarity of the battery is reversed and the fuse is blown. Replace the fuse.
Low output voltage
1. Overload, load current exceeds the nominal current, turn off part of the load and restart.
2. The input voltage is too low. Ensure that the input voltage is within the nominal voltage range.
Low voltage alarm
1. The battery is dead and needs to be charged.
2. The battery voltage is too low or the contact is poor, recharge, check the battery terminals or clean the terminals with a dry cloth
Inverter has no output
1. The battery voltage is too low, recharge or replace the battery.
2. The load current is too high, turn off some loads and restart the inverter.
3. Inverter over-temperature protection. Let the inverter cool down for a period of time and place it in a ventilated place.
4. If the inverter fails to start, restart it.
5. If the terminals are reversed and the fuse is blown, replace the fuse.
Inverter does not work
1. Check the power switch, fuse and battery connection line or electric cigarette.
